The leather backing encloses an ergonomic Kydex pocket that is comfortable against the skin and against undershirts. It is easy to adjust the retention so that it stays set, unlike some cheaper imitations (which might loosen over time).
N82 Tactical Original And Tactical
N82 Tactical Original Tuckable and Original Tactical Original provide comfort even when worn against the body, thanks to the suede leather backing that keeps moisture (sweat) out. With the canted pocket, which is held in place by a single clip, you can always have the firearm within reach. Originally introduced in 2009, later changes to the design added an additional piece of leather sewn inside the pocket to allow carriers to tuck in their shirts while maintaining quick access to their firearms. Neither trigger guard design costs more than ten dollars to add a laser or light.
Professional Pocket IWB Model 100t By Bianchi
With regards to tuckables, Bianchi recently released the Model 100T Professional Tuckable, which adds this feature to its best-selling Model 100. The C-Clip is patented by Bianchi because it encloses the belt and reduces the area covered on it, thereby reducing visibility. The carrying position of the holster can be adjusted vertically or canted by adding a single clip. It is a best-seller despite its subtlety and size.
Secret Gear Ventcore
StealthGear’s IWB holster features a Kydex pocket and synthetic backing that does not absorb liquids (read: sweat), so it remains light, dry, and comfortable no matter what the weather is. Contrary to some leather backing materials, this backing material does not squeak. Belt clips are spring steel, and they can be tucked under the belt for maximum concealment.
Concealed Cherries Holsters
You can conceal even the largest frame handgun with the Cherries Deep Concealed Holster while opting for appendix carry. The Appendix Below-The-Waistband Holster (A-BWB) version is designed for deep concealment where a little more retention and concealment is needed. With its patent-pending “Zero-Print” design, the holster actually rests on the inner portion of your thighs as opposed to behind your waistband. This allows men with more guts to choose appendix carry without it cutting into their arteries: it makes sitting for long periods of time much more comfortable, and it allows sitting for extended periods of time to feel far more comfortable. Final Remarks
There are countless other options, out of which we have listed only five. Last but not least, there are many different options available for IWB. If your clothing permits it, you can wear a concealment holster on your outside waist (literally or figuratively), and many CCW citizens and off-duty police prefer ankle carry. Generally, I dislike pocket carry, but if it works for you, you may enjoy it (just make sure the holster is of excellent quality, like those made by Sticky Holsters).
